Policies

• Inn at Iron Masters is strictly non-smoking as required by Connecticut state law. Should you choose to disregard this policy in your room or in any public space, you will automatically incur a charge of $500.00 added to your account for the sanitizing of your room.
  
  
• Dogs of any size are also not allowed in any room unless designated as a dog room. Should you choose to disregard this policy in your room, an appropriate charge ($500.00) will be added to your account for the sanitizing of your room. Any damages done will also be charged. Disregarding this policy is grounds for immediate eviction.
  
  
• Check-out is 11:00a.m. and check-in is 4:00p.m. This is a small window for cleaning the rooms. Unless approved by management, all checkouts after 11:00a.m. will incur a charge for an extra night.
  
  
• We have appointed each guest room with an array of amenities for your enjoyment during your stay. Selected items are for sale in our gift shop. Should any of the amenities in your room be found to be missing at any time during or after your stay, we will presume that you wished to purchase them and will automatically add them to your account. In this event the price will include an additional 18% handling charge.
  
  
• Should anything in the room be found to be damaged in any way you will be charged to repair or replace the damaged property.
  
  
• The credit card used to guarantee your reservation and/or used at check-in will be used for all above referenced charges.
  
  
• Inn at Iron Masters does not assume any responsibility for any personal property left in the rooms.
