ALL SMOKING PROHIBITED The Inn at Iron Masters is strictly non-smoking as required by Connecticut state law. Should you choose to disregard this policy and smoke in your room, you will automatically incur a charge of $500.00 added to your account for the cleaning and sanitizing of your room.
We don’t accept reservation for guests who are under 21. PET POLICY Dogs of any size are also not allowed in any room unless designated as a dog room. Should you choose to disregard this policy, a charge of $500.00 will be incurred and added to your account for the cleaning and sanitizing of your room. Any damage done will also be charged. Disregarding this policy is grounds for immediate eviction.
EARLY DEPARTURE Please verify your departure date. No refunds will be given for early departure
INCIDENTAL CHARGES Any damage done to any towels, due to miss use (Make-up Removal, food or other reasons) will result in a $250.00 charge. A black, Make-up specific towel is provided in each room. If an additional towel is needed, please request at the reception desk. Should anything in the room be found to be damaged in any way you will be charged to repair or replace the damaged property.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m. and check-in is 4:00 p.m. This is a small window for cleaning the rooms. Unless approved by management, all checkouts after 11:00 a.m. will incur a charge for an extra night.
The credit card used to guarantee your reservation and/or used at check-in will be used for all above referenced charges.
The Inn at Iron Masters does not assume any responsibility for any personal property left in the rooms.
We have a two week (14 days) cancellation policy where one night will be charge if cancelled within two weeks of arrival with the exception of Memorial Day Weekend, ISMA Event (in Mid-July) and Labor Day Weekend, which has a 30 day cancellation period, where 3 nights will be charged if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. If you have a stay of 5 days or more and cancel within the 14 day cancellation period, 3 days will be charged. The full stay will be charged if cancelled within 72 hours of arrival. Please contact us directly for any changes to your reservation.
